1. Eligible Locations:

We currently offer delivery within mainland UK and parts of Scotland. Unfortunately, we do not deliver Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland. Also, at this current time we are not delivering internationally. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

2. Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, it will take 1-2 business days for our team to process it. Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may experience slight delays.

3. Shipping Methods:

We partner with reputable courier services to ensure fast and reliable deliveries. The delivery method used will depend on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. You can expect your items to be shipped via a two man delivery with all your items delivered flat.

4. Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location within England and the shipping method chosen. Typically, delivery can be expected within 3-5 business days after order processing. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or peak periods may result in additional delivery time.

6. Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.

7. Order Confirmation:

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with all the relevant details, including your order number, shipping address, and a summary of the items purchased. Please ensure that the provided shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

8. Damaged or Lost Products:
